Quality system
The quality of our products is borne out by:
- Traceability of each single coil used through Material Certificates drawn up according to the provisions of the EN 10204 Type 3.1 standard
- Dimensional reports attesting to compliance of significant product specifications to standard statistical control indices such as Cp – Cpk Pp – Ppk – Cm – Cmk.
The highly-refined Quality Management System is based on the IATF 16949 international standard, which was specially developed for the producers of OEM or aftermarket components for the AUTOMOTIVE market.
Our commitment to the seal industry has enabled us to:
- further the development of a quality management system that targets constant improvement, prioritizing the prevention of defects and the reduction of rejects in the supply chain.
- establish strict, common quality system requirements relating to the automotive industry
- acquire global external supplier confidence in quality
- implement common, internationally-consistent Part III Certification policies and procedures
- introduce a process based on checks aimed at customer satisfaction
- acquire recognition of the IATF-backed international standard replacing all national certifications
